    It is possible to delete an inactive user from CA ALC? Currently, when we right click, the delete option is disabled (We're using the admin account to complete this change).

    There is a Delete Person option under Edit menu, you can use that. Ideally you can expire the users and not delete those because there might some related records for the user. If you expire the the users, those become inactive and no longer displayed in the navigator unless you select the Show Inactive Values check box.

    You're rigth! In fact, context menu display a disabled "delete option" but Edit menu already shows the "Delete Person".

    You know, If there is a risk of losing consistency in the data... why there is able a menu option to do this delete action?

    You should use Delete Person menu to delete a user and if there are any related records in the database it is going to complain with an error message and will not proceed with delete. So there shouldn't be any loss of consistency in the data.
