Can you please let me know meaning of the error RaiseErrorAssertion is stopping execution and when does this oocur. We are getting this error as SEVERE .Kindly suggest what is the reason and what is to be done.

The Raise Error assertion stops policy execution and provides an error that policy execution is stopped. If you are using this in policy with the Handle Error assertion it allows the policy to continue executing. I suspect this is what your policy is doing and moving on to another line that generates the severe message.
