I had an issue with our gtrep database and had to reinstall it from a backup. After a restart of the server I am unable to start all of the TDM services. Any help getting those services would be greatly appreciated.

You should open a Support Ticket. If you want to troubleshoot this on your own though, you can look at the log files for the specific service that you are having issues with.
