Clarity

I am new to CA PPM.  Our PROD environment was recently activated the project team is going through projects to see if projects are appearing correctly.  I have a project that is not showing statuses correctly.  The Credit Card Integration with Epic project is showing the 'Is Late' status as all green when it is clear that the last few of the tasks on the project schedule should have a status of red (see the attachment).  The project is active and has a progress status of started.  Why shouldn't the 'Is Late' indicator of the last two tasks, the Go-Live & Support - My Chart BillPay and the Closeout tasks be red instead of green?

If the Is late attribute is defined as

then it is looking only at the finish date and baseline finish date and not comparing either with current date nor status.

Looks like your project manager has not updated the project schedule. You cannot expect Not started task eventually to be completed in the past.

Updating the schedule should fix the Is late inaccuracy.
