  • 1.  Maileater to ignore addresses in CC & BCC

    Hello,

     

    Can the maileater recognize from a received email, if the mailbox account was in To: or in Cc: / Bcc:

     

    is it possible to enable it to create an incident if the mailbox account was in To: and ignore the mail if it was in Cc: / Bcc:

    Hi Mohamed, unfortunately there is no functionality to do this currently.  This would be an enhancement which you can post as an "idea" here on the community.
