    I will be converting these series of questions into discussions since more of a best practice question. II will post internally to attempt to get you a response.

    Are there those in the community especially other customers that can share their experiences? Or CA staff?

    Hi Carlos,

    You can try to  monitor IBM Security Access Manager by using the EPAgent. For example, you can create an EPAgent plugin which reads the ISAM log file and:

     

    - count the number of blocks being transferred.
    - count the total number of unique users,
    - count the total number of requests,
    etc..
