Hi,

When we navigate to Home --> Resources --> Allocation(Tab)--> Detail. There we see the list of Investments to which he is allocated.

In the above screenshot Under the Allocation by Period the Values(Hours) shown under the Months are Hours. Is there any other way we can get see the Allocation in terms of '%'.

Also suggest me list of Out of the box Reports/Portlets , which shows the allocation in %.

Please provide your suggestions if we can fetch another column which displays Hours as % instead. Can we achieve this by changing in the Configuration?

options->Configure->List Column Section->Options

Set the Work Effort Unit of Measure to "% Availability"

Hit Save

Allocation and Allocation By Period will now be in percent.

if you want to see the % sign then go into Options->Configure->List Column Section->Fields

Select the Allocations property icon, and set the "Display Type" to "Percent"

Save and Return, 

Please note you cannot make the Allocation By period display the Percent sing in the same way.
