  • 1.  Disk IO for Virtual Machines

    Hi All,

     

    How Disk IO is monitored in all environment for virtual machines ? We are doing VMware and Storage Monitoring still i need to do IO stats for each and every drives or w can see it for data stores ?

    Do you mean to ask how others are monitoring disk I/O or how to monitor disk I/O in vmware ?

     

    Please clarify 

     

    vmware probe does seems to be providing that information 

     

    Disk UsageKBytes / SecondThis monitor indicates the aggregated disk I/O rate. For hosts, this metric includes the rates for all virtual machines running on the host during the collection interval.
