Gen EDGE

I am currently converting all my GUI to use WebView for deployment.  Right now the only way to deploy to web view is using Gen Studio.  This is very awkward because to test you need to make the change in the toolset close the toolset Then open the Gen Studio.  I recommend that the WebView be move into the Toolset.
