  • 1.  Is there any way to export portlet information as pdf?

    We would like to have an option to export project charter information as pdf. We are using PPM version 14.4.

    No, portlets can only be exported to excel(2 different ways) and power point only.

    export option:

    1) Export to excel : Exports first 300 row in formated rows

    2) Export to excel data only: Export all data in excel

    3) Export to Power point

    besides these option there are two icons for exporting data and both of them are either power point or excel export.

    Printing to a file  with a pdf driver is a work around.

    If I recall it correctly BO reports could also be exported to pdf.

    Yes BO/Jasper report both can be exported to PDF. However Portlets directly cannot be exported to PDF.  Workaround as mentioned by urmas is possible, if it full fills your requirement.

    Yes, of course you would have to create a look a like of your portlet as a reportö

    Is there an export to pdf option if you have moved to  Jaspersoft?

    Yes Jaspersoft report can be exported to PDF as well.
