Hello folks, I'm curious to know if any shops have integrated OPS/MVS to open tickets in Service now (SNOW) and what their approach was.

I too would be interested in hearing any battle stories. Has anyone implemented a connection to SNOW directly or had to implement an intermediary server to traverse the networks? The RESTful outbound call? Has CA had any other requests privately from the OPS/MVS community on this topic?
