We are using version CA PPM 14.3 and do not intend to upgrade to a newer version within 2017. How long will 14.3 be supported by CA?
When you try to Open a Case on CA Support Online and select the Release as 14.3 from drop-down, you will get the below message:
"Please be advised that you are opening an incident for a product version that will no longer be supported after December 31, 2017, when it reaches product End of Service."
