  • 1.  Export data from SDM to PPM

    We want to export data from Service Desk to Clarity.
    Our idea is to pass Requirements, Incidents, etc. from Service Desk to Projects, tasks, incidents, ideas, etc. managed in Clarity.

     

    We were looking for information on this, but we did not find a clear example that shows us the way we should follow.

     

    Has anyone from the community worked on this?
    If so, could you help us?

    Hi Ricardo,

     

    CA PPM XOG web service could be the best approach to do, you can export the data in form of excel and transform the same to XML and map it in PPM by creating the objects and related attributes or use Project object and create the task.
