  • 1.  Adding a Catalog form to a SDM request

    We are in the process of integrating USM (Catalog) with Service Desk Manager (SDM) and we are wanting to load the actual catalog form in an SDM request.  We are using Process Automation with REST (<cr>).  CA laid off our contractor that was working on this integration and showed us this was possible.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    That's not a standard integration configuration between the products, it is probably a custom development done by your - previous - contractor.

    What do you mean by load?

     

    Display the request in a tab our copy all form values into SDM ticket description?
