Hi Asheer,
When you first log into CA Agile Central, you may have been asked to identify your role. CA Agile Central uses this information to set up a default dashboard(specific role-based views/dashboard) for you. You can always add apps from other roles to your dashboard, and you can customize your dashboard at any time.
But there isn't a way to reset your dashboard role once the original selection has been made. Of course, you can find the apps for the other role options and enable them as needed by clicking the Actions drop-down and selecting Add Apps. You can search for Getting Started in the App Catalog to add apps pertinent to Contributors, Executives, and Organizers.
