    The error message is 

    The Project Global Network Security Engineering could not be saved.
    Please correct the errors identified below and click one of the "Save" buttons.”

    I have not had any problems with that.  Did you look to see what the specific error messages were?  There should have been some Red text next to fields that were causing a problem on the page.
