Hi Team,

During installation of CABI 6.3.0 got an issue among installation prerequisite only two of the parameters get failed all others parameters get passed due to which i am unable to proceed. Failed parameters are given below-

1. Triggered directory privileges

2. Triggered directory free space (min 100 mb)

Screenshot is attached in an attachments.

Kindly suggest some best idea to get over it.

Also can you tell me if you are using CA's version of the CABI 6.3 install media?   If so, are you using the embedded versions of Tomcat and JRE that are included with CABI 6.3?

Yes. I am using bundled type which is embedded in CABI 6.3.0.

Hi Mudit,

Does this happen if you try running the installed as an Administrator? Can you ensure there are more that 100 MB available in the drive where installing JasperSoft?

Also, please provide the installation logs to see if anything is logged in the installation logs. The path should be similar to:

%TEMP%\CABusinessIntelligence_install_<year>_<day>_<month>_<hour>_<minute>_<second>.txt

Example: C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\CABusinessIntelligence_install_2017_05_10_11_50_40.txt

Thanks for your consideration.

Either run as administrator or directly double click on it error is same. Drive is of 200 GB and it is totally free. Regarding logs I cant find it in given location, currently trying to find out that logs.

You have to copy the contents of the DVD image to your hard drive and then invoke the installer.    Give that a try and let me know if it works.

Issue get resolved their was an error of media. I have re copied that media and then start the installation, it get installed perfectly.
