    Hello Team

     

    I cannot login web screen painter, please see below the error. However with the same account I can login sdm without any issue.

     

    Please advise

    Hi Aamir,

     

    Do you have this variable '@NX_WSP_CGI_URL' in your NX.env file?

     

    If yes, what is set to?

    No I cannot see this variable in nx.env file

    Hi Aamir,

     

    I think that is your issue then. Add this variable to the NX.env and recycle the service

     

    @NX_WSP_CGI_URL=http://hostname:8080/CAisd/pdmweb.exe

     

    Replace hostname with the Service Desk server name.
