  • 1.  How to set Workstation maximum lifetime?

    Hi,

     

    We have "undisciplined" users who do not logout from DevTest 9.1 workstation when their tasks are done.

    How can we set a lifetime to automatically logout the user if no activity on Workstation for x hours ?

     

    The registry.max.user.lifetime.seconds property is set by default to 1200 (2 hours)but we have Workstation user sessions keeping alive overnight !

     

    It there any other property to setup in the Workstation or Registry?

    To my knowledge, there is no property to be set to automatically logout from a Workstation that is idle for a period of time.  This might be a good enhancement request though.

    Do we have a solution for  this yet? Can we control the session duration for workstations?
