    Hi Ricardo:

I would like to give other customers an attempt to answer your question and offer suggestion. I just want to know why this is needed and what type of transactions from what source (some type of agent, CEM). Please provide more details

    Thanks

    Hal German

    Hello, Hallett German!

The need is that every time we need the transactions we have to go to Workstation> New Transation Session ... it would be nice if we could optimize this somehow and save the xmls with each tracer
Can be a specific agent yes ...

I had a similar question recently, and the suggestion was to use a transaction trace action to do the capture, but use an alert downtime to select when the trace action would run.  I do not know if this works, but it sounds logical.

    Dear Ricardo:

I was hoping other customers would help you with suggestions on cases as well as CA staff. Not having seen any responses, May I suggest to pursue the answer via a case and report teh results to help others. You may ask additional questions as well.

    Thanks Hal German
