  • 1.  How to change mysql port(3306) to another?

    Hello.

The api gateway is virtual appliance 9.2 centos and  fully configured in production environment. It is single node.

Our customer doesn't want to use default port.

I couldn't find any documentation for changing the mysql port from default(3306) to another in "appliance".

I know the some job to do like,

    - changing port in my.cnf

    - changing port gateway db port in ssgconfig menu

    - changing port in iptables

    - changing datasources in gateway

Is there any other things to do?

    Thanks you.

    Hello BeckyJang

Thank you for your enquiry.  We don't have any documentation for changing the port so I can't provide any details.  I think your list is pretty complete but upgrade of the appliance could overwrite these changes. If the custoemr is happy for 3306 to remain active and just want Mysql on an additional port you could just enter iptables redirect.
