Hi Team,

From last couple of day am facing issue with Data_Engine and udm_manager probes.

Both probes are goes down more that thrice in a week. Its hampering my production environment

After reactivating them, they comes up.

Data_engine best practice i have already done for data engine.

My database is also working fine.

Do anyone have permanent resolution for the same. How can i manage both the probes without getting them down.

Not very sure but it could be a issue with DB connectivity, since udm_manager populates datomic_kvs tables by utilising connection information from data_engine itself.
Do you see any information recorded in logs when the probes go down.

It would probably be better if you consider to reach out to Support for analysis and troubleshooting.
