  • 1.  Can I append X-Frame-Options ALLOW-FROM http://foo.com in CA UIM?

    Hi,

I would like to allow widget/reports to be displayed from within our own portal. While trying that i found that the current configuration is set to X-Frame-Options : SAMEORIGIN , which is restricting the access within my portal widgets.

Can I append or whitelist my domain in CA UIM webserver? something like below:

    Header always append X-Frame-Options ALLOW-FROM http://foo.com

    Thanks

UIM does not have anything documented about this.

You might want to try the liferay forums and see if they have any information about this.

if you know the page you want to edit I do not see why this should not work.

Support will not be able to help you trouble shoot any problem arising from this however.

If nothing else works, you should be able to accomplish this if you're willing to set up a reverse proxy (Apache, nginx, lighttpd, etc) in front of your UIM (or UMP) server.
