    [possibly, the link does not carry over, but it refers to the announcement regarding the new "support" site that just came out ]

    The preview looks good and the access to the case management and downloads appears to be much improved.

    Is CA making DocOps easier to access, too?

    What happened to the 'droid app - no recent updates and it is sitting with a "2.8" rating.
