What is to do for accessing the dxAgent documentation when the server hosting dxAgent is blocked for http(s)?
Why is there no PDF copy of this documentation?

I don't believe there a hard copy (e.g. PDF) on this but let me find out for sure and get back to you.

Usually documentation is intended for administration, so you can access from the box (server) itself using http.
You can find the online link on support site where is it possible to extract in case the document as pdf.
