    HI Vladimir,

Currently Xflow is only designed to be used by analysts to manage their tickets.  It does not have the capability to work with form groups or roles at this time.

    Thanks,

    Jon I.

    Hi Jon,

    Thank you.

    What about tenants?

I have a customer with 12.7 version and he works with tenants.

I going to install 14.1.03 with xFlow interface. Can I prevent a user from tenant X view requests of tenant Y?

And can I config that tenant X can see fields that tenant Y can't?

    Thanks,

    Vladimir

    Vladimir,

xFlow will respect any tenancy rules that are built into Service Desk. A user from tenant X would be restricted from seeing tenant Y.

You cannot, however, change the fields that are present based on the user's tenant.
