  • 1.  ACL issue

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to create an ACL and link that to an account and create users under that account but I am not able to do it. Link to account and Link to Dashboard option is greyed out for me in manage ACL window of IM. I am running UIM 8.5.

    Please help me to know how to make those options enabled.

    This option is only available if you are using MSSQL for a back end.

    If you are using MySql or oracle this will be greyed out.

     

    Please go into UMP to accountadmin and you should be able to edit and create your ACL there.

    I noticed that yesterday I have replied to my message only.

     

    We are using MS-SQL only. Actually I was trying to create in one of the collector Hub, so I understand that we need to do this in Primary Hub server only.
