  • 1.  How to generate SLA Report in CABI 6.3.0?

    Hi All,

     

    I have integrated CABI 6.3.0 with CA Service desk 17.0. I got Incidence/Request reports from OOB sample reports. But there is no SLA sample report in CABI, So how to create that report. For custom Reports-

    1.  Installed CABI 6.3.1 Jasperstudio
    2.  Created adapter for SDM 17.0
    3.  Connection with jasper server

    Please suggest some ideas to getting SLA reports (OOB as well as Customize) from CABI 6.3.0.

    Hey Mohit,

     

    We do not have any out of the box SLA reports in CABI 6.3 at this time.  Maybe some of the hints on the thread below help you?

    Which table contain CA Service Desk Sla Violation detail?
