On the VSE Server, go to DEVTEST home folder. Look for vseDeploy folder.
vseDeploy-> VSE_2013. Find that model that has the issue, myModel.mar.tracking file and myModel.mar file. You could remove these two files from this folder.
Redeploy myModel.vsm again and see if that resolves the issue.
