Is it possible to be able to create a test case results report that allows me to filter the test case results based on a build #? Currently I only see a way to view the most recent results. But I need to be able to view the test results of any build #. I want to know whether the test passed/failed/wasn't run.

If there's no way to do this in the web UI can it be done through the REST API?

Adam,

You can use a Custom List to show Test Case Results.  You can then add a Filter to select a specific Build and select which columns you would like to display.  You can then export the results.
