I am trying to create a template by drag and drop but I am getting below error.

archive_config_from_probe_failed: Communication error

I checked the solution in knowledge article but it is not useful. Please help understand what is causing this issue and how to fix.

Hi,

We would need to see the controller, hub (if tunnels involved), and the ADE log to see where the issue is. For this type of issue, a case with CA support would be the way to go.
