  • 1.  How to suppress alerts containing specific string.

    Hi Guys,

     

    I want to enabled suppression for a string within the message string. Kindly suggest.

     

    For example the message is "Average (2 samples) disk free on /run/media/root"

     

    Now i want to suppress on the basis of string /run/media

     

    Kindly suggest.

    Set an AO profile - on arrival,operation is close, in the message put /.*\/run\/media.*/. Add whatever additional criteria that might be necessary to prevent unexpected matches if that text shows up anywhere else you want to keep.
