CA Service Management

Hi,

Unlike other Service Catalog form components, we don't have "Required" property to make the check box field required.

I know we can use the script and give a alert message if not selected, but want to have the asterisk sign similar to other components.

Any suggestion please.

Hi Sharath,

This would need to be raised as an Idea - the product doesn't currently have this, as you indeed recognize in the question. My suspicion is that this is by design, as outside a sort of "yes, I've read the information" validation a mandatory checkbox doesn't carry information - so it may not have been considered before.
