I am looking for Option or Suggestion for below scenario

Created Test with multiple steps added them to a Test Suite and then deployed to CVS.

I want to receive Email automatically as below Reporting and Test Cases which have Warnings should show as "Yellow" instead of "Green"

I would add an Email Step and then add an assertion to send based on the status if the test.
