you could check followed files for detailed info:
Service Desk Manager\log\
there no any jstd.log file in my log folder.
however I checked configure.log. But no error found.
not sure what to do.. but you can try to reinstall java, also you could check java path, this doc should help: How do I set or change the PATH system variable?
