CA Service Desk Integration

HI All,

We are trying to configure the SDGW probe to send tickets to CA service desk, the tickets are being opened just fine but there is no configuration item for the device where the alarm is generated from. Can anyone tell me what the selection is for the "Service Desk Field" is in the drop down in the configuration screen? I see a bunch of variablized names but none that look like 'Configuration Item'.  In the "CA UIM Field" which will correspond, the hostname or the robot name?
