DX Application Performance Management

  • 1.  PP MQ/MB CMP disconnected

    Hi everyone,

     

    I have configured a MQ/MB PP agent  in a MQ 7.0.1.3 and MB 7.x, but I detected that some executions are not processed by the Power Pack, we have some errors like these:

     

    7/19/17 06:54:43 PM CDT [INFO] [com.wily.powerpack.websphereMQ.agent.MQMonitor.MBMonitor.BrokerTracer] BrokerTracer thread ended.
    7/19/17 06:54:43 PM CDT [ERROR] [com.wily.powerpack.websphereMQ.agent.MQMonitor.MBMonitor.MBTreeMsgflowStatistics] Interrupted..Closing JMS Objects.
    7/19/17 06:54:43 PM CDT [ERROR] [com.wily.powerpack.websphereMQ.agent.MQMonitor.MBMonitor.MBTreeMsgflowStatistics] MBTreeMsgflowStatistics thread ended.
    7/19/17 06:54:43 PM CDT [INFO] [com.wily.powerpack.websphereMQ.agent.MQMonitor.MBMonitor.MBRestart] CMP disconnect.

    7/03/17 11:38:40 AM CDT [ERROR] [com.wily.powerpack.websphereMQ.agent.MQMonitor.MBMonitor.MBTreeMsgflowStatistics] JMSWMQ2001: No se ha podido cerrar el destino '$SYS/Broker/BMXBKP001/StatisticsAccounting/SnapShot/BMXEXP01/#' utilizando una política de cierre de lectura anticipada.

     

    In AMQERR.log file, some messages like these are shown:

    7/10/17 18:33:25 - Process(8913114.91719) User(mqsi) Program(amqrmppa)
    Host(mxplvpbax01)
    AMQ9209: Connection to host 'introscope (150.23.110.86)' closed.

    EXPLANATION:
    An error occurred receiving data from 'introscope (150.23.110.86)' over TCP/IP.
    The connection to the remote host has unexpectedly terminated.
    ACTION:
    Tell the systems administrator.

    AMQ9999: Channel program ended abnormally.

    EXPLANATION:
    Channel program 'SYSTEM.AUTO.SVRCONN' ended abnormally.
    ACTION:
    Look at previous error messages for channel program 'SYSTEM.AUTO.SVRCONN' in
    the error files to determine the cause of the failure.

    Does anyone have a clue about what could happening?

    Hi Rodrigo,

    I don't see any cipher related error so you are using a standard connection rather than SSL connection?

     

    I located this KB article with the same AMQ9999 error which may help:

    MQ Message Broker Error: AMQ9999: Channel program ended abnormally Channel program SYSTEM.DEF.SVRCONN terminated abnorma… 

     

    The running of the script MBMonitorJMSQueues.mqsc is also listed in the docs "Configure the MQMonitor to monitor WebSphere Message Brokers > Create JMS queues" so you might have already done it?

    If the problem still persists after performing all the required steps from above doc page then due to the nature of the symptoms it might best to open a Support case so a more detailed analysis can be done based on your configuration & log files.
