When I connect in the mobile app, I can create Request not Incident(or issue).
I need your help to change request to incident (and issue).

after changing SDM "employee_intf_incident_support" option to incident only, in the mobile app I see Incident.
It works for me now.

The option you mention is for ServiceDesk Web interface.
For mobile you need to Navigate to Settings, Preferences from your mobile.
Could you confirm the mobile version (build) on your device? To get the same you can go to
Setup (three bars Icon) > Settings > About. Note the version of your app and add to the comments here.
Next if you want to configure the dashboard view of your Mobile device follow the below steps i.e.
Home > Settings > Features. On the screen you will see the list of features that are enabled and disabled. Please turn of Change orders and Enable Issues in this case by clicking the slider next to the feature. Go back and refresh the app by selecting Home page. You should now be able to see Incidents / issues and no Change orders.
I corrected this issue by setting option "employee_intf_incident_support" to incident only.
After changing this option, I can view only incidents in the mobile (no request).
