Hi Kishore,
You wouldn't need to configure anything in the live endpoint.
The only configuration you need to do is on the client side (Chrome Agent) to talk to the Broker.
Is the Broker service running?
Chrome agent captures only transactions to and from the web browser. It does not capture any other application transactions.
If Broker is running and you are still facing problems to see the transactions, please open a support ticket.
