Hi guys, When I create a new request from template, the workflow tasks (classic) aren't attached to the request.
It's only works when I create a new request normally without using the template.
How can I solve this?
Looks like a bug to me. Looking over the release notes of 14.1.0.4, I see something similar:
DE27835 Workflow task is not linked when an incident is created from a template.
(from CA Service Desk Manager Fixed Issues - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation , #126).
If you're running 14.1, then consider applying the latest fixes and re-test to see if it's still occuring.
Cristi is correct - this is resolved in CP4. I would recommend applying CP4 to resolve this one for you.
