CA Service Management

    Hello Guys,

    I'm a beginer in Ca Service Catalog.

    I need to use service Catalog to automate employee hardware/software requests based on management hierarchy level, I don't need to use IT PAM/workflow.

     

    Any help or helpful scenario I can follow and be inspired.

    Good Afternoon Hassan.
     
    Please check on the below information, related to "Approval Processes" in CA Service Catalog.
     
    When a user submits a request, approvers must approve or reject each service in the request.
    For each service, the administrator specifies one of the following approval processes on the Service Details tab:
    A: System Approval Process
    B: Policy driven approval
