    Hi All,

    A quick question on CA PPM licences module.

     

    Client planning to implement ITSM (IT Service management module) to manage services and incidents.

     

    Que1: Is ITSM module supplied with the core licence or is there separate licence required ?

     

    Que2: BRM accelerator for ITSM module requires separate licence or it's is supplied default ?

    What version is this for? Services and Incidents is part of the base install AFAIK, and the BRM addin was deprecated a few years ago and no longer available or supported.

    This is for version 14.2. 

     

    Is there any OOTB dashboard / Portlet / Report available for services and its related incidents ?

     

    P.S: IT Service Management User Guide Release 14.2.00 : describes about BRM accelerator and dashboard contained in it. so i assume it should be available with 14.2 installation package
