Is there a Rally 2.0 (Agile Central) feature that would allow our application to watch for changes to the state of given objects? Think pub-sub.

In an ideal world I'd like to be able to watch for changes from an external system to the "Hierarchical Requirement" object to monitor and see if It has hit a "COMPLETED" Status. If this could be done in a trigger fashion, where my application is passive and receives a notification (as an interrupt) when this condition is met, that would be ideal.

Although still in Beta, the Webhooks may be helpful in this case.

The other option is to set up a notification, but you would need to do something once the email is received by your user.
