    Hi,

If the field is not already available in your setup you may have to modify the data model.

Not sure how and if you have it delivered by CA how this is licensed but may eventually require an enterprise license in order to do.

May someone from CA clarify that part?

Would need to purchase a Data Model Editor license in order to edit the Xtraction Data Model.

Once you have the appropriate license, the following documentation assists in editing the Data Model

    Hi Mohamed,

The license for Xtraction that gets purchased through CA allows you to edit the data model such that you can add/remove tables/columns, however it does NOT allow you edit data sources - meaning you cannot add or remove data sources.  The document that Paul provided will give you the information you need to be able to add tables to the data model.

I am not sure what the query or fields are that would be used to capture the financial impact of SLAs on tickets - unless you are using custom fields to denote that within the database.

    Hope this helps,

    Jon I.
