  • 1.  I am trying to create a custom view filtered by display color however, the view is always returning zero results.  Am I missing something?

    Create custom view

    set filter column to "Display Color"

    set Operator to "="

    set value to Grey.

    No results.

    set value to "Grey"

    No Results.

    Hi Michael,

     

    Please see the following Knowledge Article that gives the hex values for the different colors.

    Display Colors of work items

    Thankyou.  Do you happen to know the hex value for burnt orange that is used by Rally?  The page you linked to does not list that value.

    Yeah, looks like some of the names have changed. I will see about getting that KB updated. In the meantime here are the mappings:

     

    Dark Blue - #105cab

    Blue - #21a2e0

    Green - #107c1e

    Purple - #4a1d7e

    Pink - #df1a7b

    Burnt Orange - #ee6c19 

    Orange - #f9a814

    Yellow - #fce205

    Grey - #848689
