  • 1.  Unable to set Awaiting Vendor status

    Dear Team,

     

    we have dome some customization in CA SDM for the creation of some field.

     

    previously it was working fine but from past week for incident tikctet , we are getting error

     

    zvendorx attribute  is missing

    Hi Yusuf,

     

    It sounds like the schema no longer knows about your custom field (zvendorx).

     

    1. Please run the following command and send the resulting screen print:

     

    bop_sinfo -dq cr | find "zvendorx"

     

    2. Please also check if this field (zvendorx) is still there in the physical database on the Call_Req table?
