  • 1.  Rework -Published Status on a Knowledge Document

    Hi Team,

    I need your help fixing the below issue.

     

    In our knowledge database few documents status showing as Rework - Published. May i know the Meaning of this status.

    because when we Rework and Publish document it should show as Published. i tried to reproduce the issue in our UAT but i could not able to do.

    can you Please let me know how to Reproduce and resolve this one.

    Hi Santoshi,

     

    Please go to tab 3 (History & Versions) and upload the screen print thereof. Perhaps this can help to understand why the document shows as 'Rework - Published'?

    thank you for reply, I found the solution by making rework_ver field(database field) value to 0.
