While i'm installing UIM it show me following error doesn't proceed further , Any solution or suggestion

Looks like the telemetry probe is failing to start.

when doing the installation decline the telemetry option

you can also check the C:\tmp\ca_uim\uimserver_ia_install.log

for additional information about what is failined

yes, its telemetry probe  fail to strt issue ,  i tried to reinstall but same issue occur 

HI you can either attache the C:\tmp\ca_uim\uimserver_ia_install.log or open a support case.

we need more details

plz check the  C:\tmp\ca_uim\uimserver_ia_install.log  see the attachment

we can see that the archive is missing  a package:

Error=java.io.FileNotFoundException: Package file C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\archive\telemetry.zip does not exist

this is causing the failure.

not sure why this is not present. Usually something external has interfered such as antivirus.

please unzip the uimserverpackages.zip file and find the telemetry.zip file

copy it to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\archive\telemetry.zip

and then try the install again.

please make sure any antivirus is disabled.

The telemetry.zip should be present in the uimserverpackages.

Try to redownload the uimserverpackages and check again.

the telemetry file should be present in the uimservices folder .There might be problem with your downloaded file.

We have see this issue before 

Errors during upgrade from UIM v8.4 to v8.51 

For the telemetry probe if you still need separately please open support ticket since you cannot access the sharepoint link

Fizesize is 14MB so cannot send directly by email

I run into the same issue like you while installing CA UIM 8.5.1 on Windows, it´s inadmissible that the Probe `telemetry` is not within the File: uimserverpackages.zip for Windows, nevertheless IT COMES WITHIN the File 'uimserverpackages.zip' for Linux.
