  • 1.  User locale is not respected in Jaspersoft

    Hi there,

     

    our customer uses CA PPM 15.2 with most users set to English language and German locale.

     

    In Jaspersoft, the ppmUserLanguage can be found in the users' attributes and is set to the language in CA PPM.
    On the other hand, the locale used in the adhoc views and reports to control the number and date format is always the same than the ppmUserLanguage.

     

    The desired behavior would be that the locale from CA PPM is applied in Jaspersoft as well.

     

    Any hint on how to configure the system to get the user locale respected whould be highly appreciated!

    CLRT-81493 : Output locale in Jaspersoft scheduling options is always set to default

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1.Login as CA PPM user who has advance reporting rights
    2.Navigate to Home->Advanced reporting
    3.Schedule a report and check output locale option in scheduling options

    Expected Result: Report output locale should be corresponding to the language set for the logged in user in CA PPM.
    Actual Result: Report output locale is not set according to the language set in CA PPM
