  • 1.  Policy Manager throwing error

    Hello Team,

     

    Getting below error ,when trying to connect to gateway 8.4 using policy manager.

     

     

    Tried re-installing jdk for this, but it didn't help. It was working earlier, os is " win 10 ".

    Did you try to disable TLS 1.0 on listening ports by any chance or did you make any changes to listening port properties please confirm

    for windows,

    C:\Users\<user>\.l7tech\ssm0.log

    Hello Ankush,

    I see many messages like,

    INFO: Adding certificate

    SEVERE: Error importing new certifiate

    Can you provide more details about what had been done?

    Are you trying to use client certificate to login?

    You may try one of following,

    1. login with username/password

    2. change another port, on login window,  input gateway host like,

    <gatway host name >:9443

    3. move the file C:\Users\<user>\.l7tech\trustStore to another backup folder, restart policy manager, and login again
